The 2025 season is over so here are some of the top statistics and changes for 2026.

The Grand Tours saw UAE and Visma sharing the GC podium and taking the Teams classification. The Giro saw a win for Simon Yates with Isaac Del Toro in second and UAE team Emirates taking the teams classification. The Tour saw Tadej Pogacar on the top step with Jonas Vingegaard in second and Visma winning the Teams classification. The Vuelta was then won by Jonas Vingegaard and Joao Almeida stood on the second step on the car park podium, UAE took the teams classification. Primoz Roglic and Remco Evenepoel were nowhere to be seen in the final GC standings at any grand tour, Roglic made an 8th place at the Tour and a DNF at the Giro while Evenepoel did not finish the Tour.

The Monuments were a similar story with wins only going to two riders. Mathieu Van Der Poel won both Milan-SanRemo for the second time and Paris-Roubaix for the third year in a row. Tadej Pogacar won Liege-Bastogne-Liege for the third time, the Tour of Flanders for the second time and Il lombardia for the fifth year running on top of a second place at Paris-Roubaix and a third place at Milan-SanRemo again.

Remco Evenepoel had a decent season with wins in the World Championships ME ITT and European Championship ME ITT on top of second places in both road races. He also took second place at Il Lombardia. Evenepoel also took a stage win at the Tour de Romandie, Criterium du Dauphine and Tour De France. At the Belgium National Championships he of course won the ITT but came second in the Road Race to Tim Wellens.

Tadej Pogacar alongside his team UAE Team Emirates had another successful season, beating the record for most wins by a team in a season, the new record stands at 95 wins by 21 riders. Isaac Del Toro, a newer name in the pro peloton won 16 times for his team with another two in the Mexican National championships. Tadej Pogacar won 20 times, 18 for UAE and the other two for his country, he now has 108 wins to his name in just 7 seasons. He set multiple records including the lowest combined total of results in the monuments in one season, first person to win Il lombardia 5 years in a row and second to 5 wins, first to win the world championships and the tour in the same season two years running. As is clear it was a very successful season.
